Airex Linear-PVC foam core
Carbon uni-directional frame and girder construction
MGS L-135 resin vacuum laminated and post-cured at 80C
All wood structures will be of mahogany, ‘osmotic-infusion’ impregnated at 100C
Hull painted in poly-uryl acryl and airless sprayed
All surfaces coated with 30 layers of high-gloss UV block PU varnish, airless sprayed
All stainless steel fittings of 316L Aisi
Deck fittings such as bollards and cleats shall be flush fitted where ever allowed by classification regulations, to match designer lines.
FURNITURE
Will be made of PVC cored laminates surfaced with stylish veneers and fabrics.
Wood veneer on furniture pieces will be cherry.
Shade of staining will be satin finish.
Upholstery
Furniture seating upholstery will be in Spinny-beck Leather or an equivalent value fabric.
All bedding materials fabrics will be as per client’s choice,
Hatch curtains will be Roller Blind style, fabrics will be as per clients choice,
Bed mattresses will be in two density foam, resting on Swedish bed slats, type Yachtiflex
Surface Finish
Floor covering will be wood
Wall finish will be fabric panels, fabric and color as per client’s choice,
Ceiling covering will be Lorica or Alcantara, color as per clients choice
